What you're building

One system. Four weeks. Built around your business.

This isn't a course about HighLevel (GHL). Over four weeks, you'll build, test and improve your Lead-to-Sale system from how leads are captured and tracked through follow-up, appointments and what happens after the sales call.

Everyone works through the same Lead-to-Sale framework together, while the system you build is designed around how your business actually works. I'll help you decide what should happen at each stage, what should be automated and how the pieces should connect.

And you don't have to start over. We'll look at what you already have and decide what to keep, what to build and what to improve.

  • ✓Start with proven workflows and resources based on the systems I've built for other businesses, then customize them for yours.
  • ✓Keep what's already working. There's no reason to rebuild something simply because your current setup is different.
  • ✓Implement it yourself or with your team. You can do the building, have your VA or team member implement it, or work through it together.
  • ✓Know what to do at each stage. Each week, I'll guide you through what to decide, what to build, how to test it and what to improve.

The outcome

One connected system, built one stage at a time.

Week 1

Capture

Leads are captured in your pipeline with the information you need attached.

Why it matters: Every new lead is captured and organized.

Week 1

Track

Pipelines and stages make it clear where each lead is in the sales process.

Why it matters: Know where every lead stands.

Week 2

Follow Up

Acknowledgment, email / SMS follow-up, and tasks where a human should step in.

Why it matters: Keep leads engaged with consistent follow-up.

Week 2

Invite To Book

Booking invitations and reply handling, with automation that stops when they book.

Why it matters: Turn more inquiries into booked calls.

Week 3

Book The Call

Your calendar, booking page, availability and form fields set up around how you schedule sales calls.

Why it matters: Make scheduling easy and convenient.

Week 3

Manage The Appointment

Confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellations and no-shows, with the right follow-up for each.

Why it matters: Reduce missed appointments and manage rescheduling.

Week 4

Record The Outcome

The outcome of every sales call is captured consistently, so you know what needs to happen next.

Why it matters: Know what happened and what comes next.

Week 4

Take The Next Action

Each sales outcome moves the lead where it belongs and triggers the appropriate next action.

Why it matters: Keep sales opportunities moving forward.

This is the system you leave with. Over four weeks, you'll build, connect and test each stage around the way your business works.

The four weeks

You always know what you're building this week.

Two live sessions a week.
Tuesday is where we plan and map what you're building.
Thursday is protected implementation time to build it, with me there to guide you and help if you get stuck.

You're not trying to keep up with a curriculum. You're building your own Lead-to-Sale system one stage at a time, with guidance on how each piece should work for your business and how to implement it inside HighLevel (GHL).

Before the LabPre-work

System Readiness

You work through a System Readiness Checklist so the basics are in place and you know what you already have: account access, domains, email sending, calendar connection, users, lead sources and any existing pipelines or workflows. Resources are included for anything you still need to set up, plus an optional live Setup Session on Monday, October 26 at 11:00 AM ET to troubleshoot anything together before we start.

Week 1Tue + Thu

Lead Capture & Tracking

First, you map how leads currently move through your business. Then you build or improve the entry points, lead information, source tracking, opportunities, pipeline stages, assignment and notifications so you can see where every lead is. This is also where you decide what to keep, what to build and what to improve.

Week 2Tue + Thu

Lead Follow-Up

You build what happens between someone becoming a lead and booking the sales appointment: immediate acknowledgment, email and SMS follow-up, booking invitations, manual tasks where a human should step in, reply handling and the pipeline movement that goes with each one. When someone books, the appropriate follow-up stops automatically.

Week 3Tue + Thu

Appointment System

You build, complete or improve the system around the sales appointment itself: calendar and booking, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellations, no-shows and the pipeline plus automated workflow actions that go with each one. Whatever already works, you keep.

Week 4Tue + Thu

Sales Outcomes + Testing

You map the outcomes your sales conversations already have and build what should happen after each one, so the right next action is triggered instead of relying on someone to remember it. Then you test the complete journey end to end, including cancellation and no-show scenarios.

Plan, Build, Test, Review, Improve

This is what we work through as you build your Lead-to-Sale system.

You PLAN what should happen at each stage of your lead-to-sale process.

You BUILD what's missing or improve what you already have.

You TEST each piece against the scenarios it needs to handle.

You REVIEW what you've built, with feedback and guidance from me along the way.

Then you IMPROVE based on what the testing and feedback reveal.

PLUS: Your Personalized System Review

Before the Lab ends, I'll personally review your complete Lead-to-Sale system and give you feedback on any remaining gaps, scenarios to consider or improvements I'd recommend.

PLUS: Optional System Readiness Session

You'll get your System Readiness resources before the Lab begins so you can work through the setup your account needs. Then join me for an optional live session on Monday, October 26 at 11:00 AM ET to ask questions, troubleshoot anything you're stuck on and make sure you're ready to start building.

Who this is for

You're generating leads. Now you need a system for what happens next.

You already have leads coming in and somewhere in your process there's a conversation before someone becomes a client. A consultation, discovery call, strategy call or assessment.

You may already have some of the pieces in place. A pipeline. A calendar. A few workflows. But there are still gaps, manual steps or parts of the process that aren't working together as well as they could.

  • ✓You have pieces of the system built, but they're incomplete or disconnected
  • ✓You're doing too much lead follow-up manually
  • ✓Leads come from multiple places without a consistent process for what happens next
  • ✓Your workflows, calendars and pipelines aren't working together as well as they could
  • ✓You know what you want to happen but aren't sure how to set it up
  • ✓You have a VA or team member who can implement but needs strategic guidance

The strongest fit is an established solopreneur or small business already generating leads, using HighLevel (GHL), FG Funnels or another HighLevel-based platform and using a call, consultation or assessment as part of the sales process.

Consultants · Coaches · Fractional providers · Online service businesses

Who this isn't for

  • Complete beginners who are still figuring out their offer or sales process
  • Businesses that don't use a call or consultation in their sales process
  • Businesses that aren't ready to implement during the four weeks
  • Anyone looking for someone to build the entire system for them
  • Businesses needing a complete CRM redesign, platform migration, multiple sales processes, multi-department or multi-location system

Have a more complex project or want it built for you? My Done-for-You consulting and implementation may be a better fit.

Why it still isn't built

The challenge isn't finding another tutorial. It's knowing what to build, how it should work and what comes next.

There is no shortage of information about HighLevel (GHL). You can find a tutorial for almost any individual feature.

What you can't find in a tutorial is what your business needs to build, how the pieces should work together and whether what you've built will actually handle the different scenarios in your sales process.

That's what we work through over these four weeks one stage at a time, in an order that allows each part to connect to the next.

How it usually goes

  • Search for a tutorial whenever you get stuck
  • Build individual pieces without connecting the whole process
  • Leads sit in a pipeline until someone remembers to move them
  • Follow-up happens manually or doesn't happen consistently
  • Hand implementation to a VA without a clear system mapped out
  • Discover gaps only after real leads run into them

How it goes in the Lab

  • ✓Week 1: You can see where every lead is
  • ✓Week 2: Follow-up runs without relying on someone to remember it
  • ✓Week 3: Booking, reminders, cancellations and no-shows are handled
  • ✓Week 4: Each sales outcome triggers the appropriate next action
  • ✓You test the complete journey before relying on it with real leads
  • ✓I review your complete Lead-to-Sale system and give you feedback on any remaining gaps or improvements

Client experiences

What clients say about working with me.

Systems Build Lab is a new program, so these testimonials are from clients I've supported through system strategy, implementation and guidance, rather than past Lab participants.

I knew I needed better systems, but figuring out what those should look like, how everything should flow together, and then actually implementing it all felt incredibly overwhelming. Elizabeth was able to take what felt very complicated and overwhelming to me, help me get organized, create a clear plan, and then, importantly, actually execute it. I'm leaving feeling incredibly grateful, but also genuinely equipped to continue managing these systems on my own.
Emily Perrin
I kept delaying the project for months and at some point I realized I was just not going to take the time to transfer things over. She's not only knowledgeable of all the software that I needed, but she's also super organized. She took the project from the beginning, streamlined the whole process and she got it all done.
Sara Obando
Because of Elizabeth's support, we now have a membership experience that feels professional, smooth, and easy for our members. On the back end, everything is automated so our team can focus on supporting families instead of chasing down manual tasks. It's saving us time, stress, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Amanda Hamel
I just finished watching all of your videos, wow! I greatly appreciated how detailed you were in the videos, and your explanations were very helpful and straightforward.
Shannon Curtis
From the Strategy Call to the completion of the VIP Day, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and thorough. Everything we discussed in the Strategy Call was done for us with so little stress on our end, and all of the FG Funnels and Zapier automations have been working smoothly since.
VIP Day client
Thank you so very much, Elizabeth! The video was super helpful. We definitely have more work to do getting our FGF set up.

Who you're building with

Hi, I'm Elizabeth, Automation Strategist.

I help established businesses design and automate the systems behind their leads, sales and client processes.

Before moving into online business in 2016, I spent 11 years as a Criminal Courtroom Clerk, where accuracy, process and knowing what needed to happen next mattered every day. That same attention to detail has carried into the way I design and build automated systems today.

Over the past 10 years, I've worked behind the scenes helping businesses figure out how their processes should work, how technology can support them and how to turn those decisions into automated systems that are easier to manage.

I specialize in HighLevel (GHL), FG Funnels and other HighLevel-based platforms, and I'm a Certified HighLevel Administrator. I've built lead and sales systems, lead generation and sales funnels, appointment workflows, client onboarding and membership management, phone systems, AI agents and the behind-the-scenes automations and integrations that connect them all.

One of the biggest things I've learned is that building a reliable system isn't simply about knowing how to use the software. You need to know what should happen, what should be automated, where a person needs to step in and how all the pieces should work together.

That's the approach I'll bring to Systems Build Lab. I'll help you think through your Lead-to-Sale process, make the decisions about how it should work, implement it inside HighLevel (GHL) and test what you've built so you're not left figuring it all out on your own.

My commitment

I'm in this with you for all four weeks.

Every week, you get a Core Build Session where we work through what your version should look like, and an Implementation Lab where I'm there while you build it.

Between sessions, you can ask questions in the private community and get a response from me within one business day, Monday to Friday.

I can't promise how much you'll finish in four weeks. Every business is different, and your progress depends on the time you put into implementing.

What I can promise is that you won't be left figuring out what to do on your own. You'll know what you're working on, have opportunities to get feedback as you build, and have somewhere to ask questions when you get stuck.

The founding cohort is limited to 15 participants so I can provide
this level of personalized guidance and feedback.
Because this is a small, hands-on program with limited spots, all payments are final.

Not sure this is the right fit for where your business is right now?

Email me at [email protected] or send me a message on LinkedIn, Facebook or Voxer (elizabethn100) before you enrol and we can discuss if it’s the right fit.

Questions

The questions I get asked most.

When does it start and what happens before we begin?

Systems Build Lab begins on Monday, October 26 at 11:00 AM ET with an optional System Readiness Session. You can bring any setup questions and troubleshoot anything you're having trouble getting connected before we move into the Core Build Sessions.

Before we start, you'll get access to the Systems Build Lab portal, including your System Readiness Checklist and setup resources so you can get your account ready for the Lab.

Our first Core Build Session is Tuesday, October 27 at 11:00 AM ET, when we'll start working through your lead-to-sale system together.

When are the live sessions?

Core Build Sessions are Tuesdays at 11:00 AM ET and Implementation Labs are Thursdays at 1:00 PM ET, 60 minutes each, for four weeks. The two different times give you a morning and an afternoon option across time zones. Replays are available for every session.

What exactly is included?
  • 8 live group sessions
  • Guidance on the decisions behind each build, so your automations match how you actually sell
  • A personalized review of the system you build
  • Review opportunities on the live calls
  • All implementation resources: systems I've already built, build checklists and testing checklists
  • System Readiness Checklist + setup resources
  • Optional live System Readiness Session before the Lab begins
  • Private community access with support within one business day
Is the same thing built for everyone, or is it built around my business?

Everyone moves through the same four weeks in the same order, because the stages build on each other. What you build inside those weeks is yours.

For example, some participants take every sales call themselves, some put a form in front of the booking link, some have two team members splitting the calls. That changes what your pipeline, follow-up and appointment system should look like, and that's exactly what we work out together on the Tuesday sessions.

I already have some of this built. Is it still worth it?

Yes, and that's a common starting point. You're not starting over.

Each week you decide what to keep, what to complete and what to improve, and nothing gets rebuilt just because my version does it differently.

Plenty of people join precisely because the pieces exist but aren't connected correctly, so they can't yet rely on their automated systems. That's what we sort out here.

Do I need to already be using HighLevel (GHL) or FG Funnels?

You don't need to be using it already, but you do need to be on it, or willing to get set up on it, before we start.

This Lab is built specifically around HighLevel (GHL) and HighLevel-based platforms like FG Funnels, so the systems I've already built, the live calls and the checklists are all specific to that platform.

If you don't have an account yet, I'll walk you through the options.

Can my VA or team member go through this instead of me?

Yes. Your VA or team member can attend the sessions and do the implementation with my guidance, or you can both go through it together. Many owners find that works best: you stay in the strategy conversation, and your team member does the building.

How much time will this take each week?

Two 60-minute live sessions a week, plus your own build time between them. How much build time depends on how much of this you already have in place and how big your build is. The Thursday Implementation Lab is designed to be part of that build time, so some of it happens while I'm there.

What's not included?

Systems Build Lab is a guided implementation program, so you'll be doing the building inside your account with my strategy, resources, feedback and support along the way.

This isn't Done-for-You implementation, and I won't be logging into your account and building the system for you. If you're bringing a VA or team member, they can do the implementation with my guidance while you stay involved in the strategy and decisions.

Your HighLevel (GHL) or FG Funnels subscription is also separate and not included. If you don't have an account yet, I'll walk you through the options before we start.

If you'd prefer to have the system built for you, Done-for-You consulting and implementation is the better fit. You're welcome to book a consult here.

Do you offer refunds?

Because Systems Build Lab is a small, hands-on program and spots are limited to 15 participants, payments are final and I don't offer refunds once you enrol.

Not sure this is the right fit for where your business is right now?

Email me at [email protected] or send me a message on LinkedIn, Facebook or Voxer (elizabethn100) before you enrol and we can talk through what you're looking for and whether Systems Build Lab is the right fit.

I would rather have that conversation with you before you join than have you enrol in something that isn't right for what you need.

Four weeks from now, you could have a Lead-to-Sale system you can rely on.

One connected system inside HighLevel (GHL), built around the way your business actually works, tested against real sales scenarios and personally reviewed before the Lab ends.

15 spots. Four weeks. A clear path from new lead to next action.

Systems Build Lab starts Monday October 26.
Enrollment closes Thursday October 22 at 11:59 PM ET.
